Hey all!
Loved all the spellbook suggestions (i think we have to turn that into some sort of comic book) of owlbear casting various spells. 

Anyways, we're slowly trucking our way to 100k, and it looks inevitable (artist is on vacation so i don't have any fishing images yet), but its something I'm looking to get situated really soon.  
Also i know it would probably boost us all the way up, but I'm holding off making it available (until backerkit) when everything about the fishing kit is finalized (so you're informed). 

Anyways, i had no pictures to show off of purple owlbear (and we wont know the true color until we see the swatches, but i did a quick edit of one of my existing owlbear photos to showcase what a purple could look like. What do you think? lighter? darker? just right?

As we begin to wrap up our crowdfunding journey (still have a week to go, as we forge ahead towards, hopefully, a purple owlbear).The most pressing question is at hand.

Wow, 60k!!
I'm glad that people are loving their owlbears and the cool accessories that I've been working on. The process for prototyping takes while, but seeing everyones enthusiasm and excitement for them is reinvigorating and validating that I'm doing something right.

Since we have 11 days left in the campaign (meaning we have time). 

(also if you're international, this is the best way to get ahold of the seasonal colors, since we originally produced and shipped them to the US, this will be a new production run of owlbears)

The Fishing Set

Since I have you, what sort of items should go with the fishing set?
Of course we'll do the fishing pole (and give it a magnetic hook too if we can. But with it, if we were to do 4-5 little plushes, what would those things be...?

all magnetic of course (but if you have other ideas let me know!)

oh wow!
you guys still continue to surprise me and things are moving so fast, we've already surpassed 50k!

So, this week I'm planning on having a call with the manufacturer to see what things are looking like in terms of timing.
Schedule: Right now, with how our other production run ran with them it was a total time of 6 months, but at this point we're prolly looking at 4 months of production and global freight to get everything situated (and also because we've gone through a few months of development as well).
Other Stuff: So, a few ideas have gone around, (1) new colors (lot of purple requests, i assume thats a deep purple, (2) new class sets, bard, rogue, druid (with mention of paladin), (3) new pins of the bard rogue and druid (that i had quickly illustrated), (4) professions gear (mostly discussed fishing, but could maybe include mining).

For this project, I am going to 

In addition, i am going to have the manufacturer start working on the other classes, since if it took a few months to get to this point, the time to que them up is now.

I really appreciate your ideas in the last tread to see what people are thinking and looking forward to, as a quick summary i saw the following
 -Accessories for classes Rogue, Druid, and Bard
- Purple/Pink owlbears
- excitement for the carrying bag
- interest in single accessories (esp fish)

Rogue Druid and Bard
i was able to work with our artist last night and get some new designs up (we typically pick 3 of the 4 designs to be made into pins).

Accessories
Whats nice about this art exercise is that it allows us to figure out what sort of accessories we can do. So the ideas we had are as follows
- Rogue - cape with hood, coinpurse and dagger, and maybe coins (or caltrops)
- Bard - purple hat with feather, cards, lute and maybe flute (or large coin)
- Druid - flower crown with deer horns, leaf cloak, mushroom, and maybe little furry companion

New Colors
In regards to new colors, ill have to talk to the manufacturer and see what our timeline is, this could be fairly simple, but as always new additions mean timeline increases.  (so its curious to see what people want)

Carrying Bag
Carrying bag (initially i was looking at a bag to contain just the accessories, as a sort of way to keep everything together, and be an easy way to package the stuff together for when it gets to FLGS), I hadn't considered a bag to contain the owlbear as well, but ill inquire about it.

Single accessories
Ive heard a little bit of a desire for single accessories (for lost ones or to accompany new plushes), I do want to keep the box special, but i also don't want to fall into the trap of everything being avaliable piecemeal, because that creates a logistics nightmare. 
I am open to the idea of a new fishie (or making a fishing kit, with multiple fish and a crab and maybe a fishing line), but curious to see if there's a desire for say professions (wow styled, jewelr, miner, fishing, runes, etc)
